Quality Control
Client's masters are 100% checked for faults coincidentally with
the first duplication pass and any defects or problems are reported
to the client.
Sample on-line video and audio monitoring of each individual duplication
bank is carried out whilst copying is in progress.
Checks on all slave VCR's are carried out during copying to ensure
satisfactory recording.
All duplication cassettes are checked at beginning, middle and end
in a dedicated quality control bank equipped with industrial VCR's
critically aligned to manufacturer's specification Video level,
RF tracking envelope and hi-fi and linear audio levels are monitored.
All
input and output signals are routed via our digital matrices to
ensure that the best quality copies are produced. Advanced time-base
correction and noise reduction equipment can be used to stabilise
poor quality source tapes.
