Zero-emission hydrogen trucks

We’re HVS. The new OEM designing hydrogen propulsion systems that are transforming the trucking industry.

helping fleets transform

Up to 600km per refuel

Perform better

Compared to battery-powered alternatives, our new-to-market hydrogen trucks are a smarter solution. Think heavier payloads, longer ranges and faster refuels.

Wheel to wheel: zero emissions

Decarbonise faster

With Net Zero fast approaching, we’ve designed an advanced new HGV that makes it possible for heavy-duty fleets to go carbon-free.

Designed around drivers

DRIVE HAPPIER

We've redesigned our cabs around the people who will call them home. Every decision has been made with the driver's comfort, safety and wellbeing in mind.

Hydrogen Goods Vehicle. Reinvented.

The first heavy-duty vehicle designed from the ground up.

HYDROGEN SYSTEM

  • On-board green hydrogen is held within multiple on-board cylinders.

The Hydrogen is gas form, pressurized to either 350bar and 700bar,

The modular Hydrogen capacity offers up to 600km of range, dependent on payload & terrain conditions.

ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM

  • The truck is propelled by a powerful electrified rear axle system, offering up to 450kW of power (600hp), capable of pulling heavy duty payloads.

FUEL CELL SYSTEM

  • Offering over 200kW of power, the mid-mounted twin fuel cell system coverts hydrogen, cleanly and efficiently info electricity - which is then used to power the rear wheels

THERMAL SYSTEM

  • A Total Thermal Management System (TTMS) is installed to provide heating and cooling to multiple components throughout the vehicle. These include each fuel cell stack, e-Axle & power electronics

ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM

  • The high-power energy storage system (ESS) acts as a buffer, between the fuel cell and e-Axle, regulating the power fed to the wheels. It protects the fuel cell by managing the peak demand placed upon the vehicle, such as acceleration events & hill climbs.

POWER ELECTRONICS TOWER

  • The ‘brain’ of the vehicle is located at the back of the cab, via an array of power electronics.

This controls how the high voltage powertrain components communicate with one-another, and how the vehicle operates.
